Cligga Mine – Aug 1962. At this time Geevor Tin Mines Ltd of Pendeen took a lease on the Cligga sett with a view to assessing the potential of the property.
A new wooden headgear was fabricated at Pendeen and brought to Perranporth where it is seen being erected on Contact shaft.
Cliga Headframe was erected earlier – prob late August. I was working asat Geevor before going to CSM in Sept. One of my fellow student was involved with the erection and took some photos
