We also did B&B for a number of years which was fine while I was working from home but not really viable when my wife and I went out to work, although the Old Garage B&B sign remained on the fence for many years after we had finished doing it.
We actually bought the garage in 1989/90 but didn’t move in until a year later, at first I sold cars on the hard standing on the left of the house but had a career change by 1995 and the house became our family home.
I still have a number of photos from before and during our ownership showing the various changes through the years.
