Goonhavern School Class – Circa 1895-1901 – Group 3 – Miss Tregaskis’s Class.
The teacher standing on the left is Miss Katherene (Kittie) Tregaskis born 1881. In the 1901 census she was a teacher at the age of 20 yrs and living at Minnie Place, Gas Hill, Truro with her widowed mother. She married Mr Harold Hurden in 1906 and was living in Lewisham, London. As a widow she retired to Wheal Frances House names “Jennings”
