Cligga Mine – Circa 1946. Another view of the Mill engine which had previously driven the Mill at Great Wheal Busy Mine, Chacewater in the early twentieth century re-working of that mine.
Having lain idle for many years it was purchased in about 1939 for use in the Mill at Cligga. This was a single cylinder engine with drop valves. The figure is the late J.H. Trounson.
