Cligga Mine – Circa 1946. Taken at the time of the scrapping of the Mill plant.
On the left is a tandem compound steam engine which had previously worked at the Lambriggan Mine. In 1939 it was purchased and installed at Cligga as a Mill engine. The other Mill engine described in an earlier photograph is on the right.
