Shepherds Station – Date Unknown – Between 1952-1957
Sadly, very little remains of Shepherds Station today apart from the old weighbridge hut, some old railings which would have been at the back of the platform and a small section of the brickwork that would have been found at the base of the signal box.
Can’t tell if thats a D3 class shunter or a D8. If its a D3, then that would mean the earliest date this could be would be 1952. If its a D8 then that would make it no earlier than 1957.
