My mother is still smiling at 80
it was Margaret Heyes it was Margaret Bloor and she lives in Taunton now aged 80 along with Julie Bloor her daughter who lives there as well

Norman’s surname was spelt WHITFELD. He was my step-grandfather. I remember this pic hung up at Little Dene, his now much altered bungalow on Perranwell Road.
Thanks for the spelling, we always knew him as Whitfield here in the village, I asked his grand-daughter Sam who is my neighbour this morning and she confirms your spelling.
I think uncle Norman was a lollipop man ,trust him to get in on the act!!!
