Demolition of the Old Sunday School at Perranwell – Easter 2006
This building was originally one of three units housed at Perranporth Aerodrome during World War 1 (Another was at Ernie Powell’s garage at Perranporth). They housed Nobel’s Dynamite Factory. The same Nobel who created The Nobel Peace Prize, and is one of the five Nobel Prizes created by the Swedish industrialist, inventor, and armaments manufacturer Alfred Nobel, along with the prizes in Chemistry, Physics, Physiology or Medicine, Literature.
