My grandmother who was my main musical inspiration in the beginning and my grandpa whom I wish I’d had time to get to know and who unfortunately died when I was only 10 months old.
I remember them both Simon, as a boy I used to go out with the postmen and help them deliver mail to houses, would not get away with that today nearly 50 years later. I got to know a lots of the villagers then, one or two were especially frightening, I remember dropping off mail to Miss Martin, and running off before she opened the door. I was only 11 or so at that time.
