Treamble Mine early 1930

The Waterwheel in the Restaurant at Wendron Forge was made in Redruth in 1904. It was used at a mine at Treamble to drive the crushers. It was abandoned in the 1930’s and became buried up to its axle with rubbish. It was rescued and rebuilt at Wendron in 1972.
