Treamble Mine 1920
On the left is the Mill which treated the material to produce Fullers Earth. One of the aerial ropeway towers is visible in this photograph. This was about 1,600ft long and led to the quarry terminal seen in the previous photograph. The excavation in the background was known as Western Quarry.
